The uniform temperature heating plate (silicone rubber heating plate) is a thin surface heating element with unparalleled flexibility compared to traditional metal heaters.


Composed of two thin sheets compressed by sandwiching silicone between the upper and lower layers of fiberglass cloth.

Due to its thin sheet shape, it has good heat transfer properties (standard thickness of 1.5mm).

It has flexibility, so the heated object can be completely in close contact, such as curved cylinders.

The general planar heating element is composed of carbon, while the heating element of the silicone heater is arranged nickel chromium alloy resistance wire, so it can be used with peace of mind.


Characteristics of silicone rubber heating plate (temperature equalization technology)


1. The shape of the uniform heating plate can be freely made.

Unlike typical carbon based heaters, silicone heaters have a shape composed of nickel alloy resistors, which can be freely processed into circular, triangular, and other shapes according to the shape of the object being heated.

It can be processed in a short period of time (one piece is also acceptable).


2. It can be designed according to the requirements.

This product can be used for various industries and devices.

Due to its thin sheet shape and softness, it can achieve lightweight and miniaturization when used in other products. The residual product heats up quickly; And temperature control is not possible, so temperature adjustment is required.


3. The ordinary type, E type, and MG type can be used semi permanently at 200 ℃.

When the temperature is below 100 ℃~150 ℃, silicone gel (RTV)


4. The highest temperature of H-type can reach 300 ℃.
