Pneumatic three-way L-shaped ball valve is used to cut off two of the three pipelines, while pneumatic three-way T-shaped ball valve is used to merge and divert the three connected pipelines. The pneumatic three-way regulating ball valve is matched with an electrical valve positioner, and can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mADC signal and a 0.4-0.7MPa gas source to adjust parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level. The pneumatic three-way directional ball valve is equipped with a travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and 0.4-0.7MPa gas source to achieve switch operation, and sends two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's switch. Pneumatic three-way ball valves are widely used in industrial fields such as chemical, petroleum, textile, power, food and pharmaceutical, refrigeration, papermaking, etc.

The difference between single acting pneumatic actuators and double acting pneumatic actuators:
Single acting and double acting pneumatic ball valves refer to the pneumatic actuators equipped with pneumatic ball valves, which can be divided into single acting and double acting. The difference is that a single acting cylinder has a spring inside, while a double acting cylinder does not. Therefore, the price of single acting pneumatic actuators is higher than that of double acting pneumatic actuators.
Single acting pneumatic actuators are generally divided into normally open and normally closed types (normally open type: ventilation closed, gas cutoff open; normally closed type: ventilation open, gas cutoff closed). That is to say, there is a setting before installation, which sets it as open or closed. If it is normally open, it means that the pneumatic actuator closes the valve under ventilation. If the gas source fails or there is a sudden power outage, the single acting pneumatic actuator will automatically reset to the open state by the spring, which means it will return to its set state. If it is set as closed, it will return to the closed state. It is generally used more in dangerous working conditions, such as transporting flammable gases or liquids, and in emergency situations when the gas source is lost. At this time, single acting pneumatic actuators can automatically reset to reduce danger, while double acting actuators cannot reset.
The double acting pneumatic actuator opens the valve when it is ventilated, and can only be closed when the other side is ventilated. The double acting pneumatic actuator is reset by the cylinder and can only remain in place when the air source is lost.

10. Manual operation: Automatic control can manually operate the opening and closing of valves under abnormal conditions.
The difference between single electronic control solenoid valve and dual electronic control solenoid valve:
Single electronic control:There is only one electromagnetic coil, usually used in 2-position three-way solenoid valves, and the coil voltage level is generally DC24V, AC220V, etc. Two position three-way solenoid valves are divided into two types: normally closed and normally open. The normally closed type refers to the air circuit being disconnected when the coil is not powered, while the normally open type refers to the air circuit being connected when the coil is not powered. The operating principle of a normally closed two position three-way solenoid valve is to energize the coil and connect the air circuit. Once the coil is powered off, the air circuit will be disconnected, which is equivalent to "inching". The operating principle of a normally open two position three-way single electric control solenoid valve is: when the coil is energized, the air circuit is disconnected. Once the coil is de energized, the air circuit will be connected, which is also called "inching".
Dual electronic control:There are two electromagnetic coils, usually used in two position five way solenoid valves. The operating principle of the two position five way dual electric control solenoid valve is: when the positive action coil is powered on, the positive action air circuit is connected (the positive action air hole is filled with air). Even if the positive action coil is powered off, the positive action air circuit is still connected and will be maintained until the reverse action coil is powered on. If the reverse action coil is powered on, the reverse action air path will be connected (there is air in the reverse action air hole). Even if the reverse action coil is powered off, the reverse action air path will still be connected and will be maintained until the positive action coil is powered on. This is equivalent to 'self-locking'. Based on the characteristic of two five way dual electric control solenoid valves, when designing electromechanical control circuits or programming PLC programs, the solenoid valve coil can be operated for 1-2 seconds to protect it from damage.

Control method:
Pneumatic three-way ball valves are divided into L-shaped and T-shaped, and the direction of medium flow is shown in the following figure.
The L-shaped pneumatic three-way ball valve is suitable for switching the flow direction of the medium and can connect two perpendicular channels;
The T-shaped pneumatic three-way ball valve is suitable for dividing, merging, or switching the flow direction of media. The T-shaped hole can connect three channels to each other or two channels to each other.
