It has the advantages of obvious cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, small filter bag wear, simple replacement of filter bags, convenient maintenance, stable and reliable operation, etc. It is used in industries such as metallurgy, forging, chemical industry, cement building materials, pesticides, casting processing, etc.
The dust adhering to the inner surface of the filter bag increases continuously with the increase of working time, and the working resistance of the filter bag gradually increases, causing a decrease in air volume. At this time, the differential pressure blowback control valve sends instructions to clean the dust room by room. The dust cleaning process of a single unit dust collector with a split chamber vibration is driven by a chain to close the exhaust duct of one chamber and open the intake valve of the reverse airflow; At the same time, the crank rocker mechanism of this room begins to clean the dust. After 20-30 seconds of cleaning, the room is changed to continue cleaning. This causes the accumulated dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag to fall off into the lower box, and be discharged outside the machine through the screw conveyor, entering the dust conveying device.
After the dust containing gas of the single machine pulse bag filter enters the lower box through the dust gas inlet duct, the airflow velocity significantly decreases, causing large particles of dust to fall to the bottom of the lower box under the action of gravity. The airflow containing fine dust changes direction and enters the filter bag through the flower plate base. After filtering by the filter bag, the dust is adsorbed on the inner surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas passes through the filter bag and enters the purified air exhaust duct from the middle box, and is discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan. There are many types of standalone dust collectors, so their selection calculation is particularly important. Improper selection, such as equipment being too large, can result in unnecessary flow costs; Choosing small equipment can affect production and make it difficult to meet environmental requirements.
