1. Radial splitting of pump casing, especially suitable for conveying high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive or toxic liquids. Its installation method is supported by a horizontal centerline to reduce the deformation and displacement caused by thermal expansion and contractionLow limit. The pump body is designed with double vortex chambers to balance the radial force of the pump.
2. The pump can self exhaust by relying on the flow of pressurized liquid, but there are holes in both the upper and lower parts of the pump volute. When the user needs to exhaust and drain the liquid, a ZG ¼ screw hole can be opened and screwed on with a plug when leaving the factory.
3. The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are vertically upward and integrated with the pump body. The flange size and pressure rating are equivalent to those of the relevant national standard society(ANSI)Standard level. Depending on the temperature and material type of use, the high operating pressure of the flange can reach around 725 PSI.
4. For reliability, DFSJH process pumps all use cast steel precursors, with a hydrostatic pressure test of 1015 PSI. The shaft seal chamber (or packing box) and pump cover are cast as a whole, which can be equipped with packing seals and balanced, corrugated or series mechanical seals. There is an optional water-cooled jacket cast outside the chamber. The provision of water-cooled jacket must be specifically requested or when the conveying medium is water with a temperature exceeding 66 degrees Celsius℃And the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeds 150℃Time for use. 5. The impeller is cast as a whole and dynamically balanced with the rotor. It is key driven with the shaft, and the rotor is supported at both ends. The pump body sealing ring or impeller sealing ring are both replaceable standard parts. The good match between the two is ensured by the different materials and their hardness. The sealing rings on both sides of the impeller are intentionally designed with different sizes. The sealing ring on one side of the thrust bearing is slightly smaller than the other side, causing a slight axial force on the pump and keeping the shaft in a constantly tensioned state to prevent the rotor from moving left and right.
6. The two ends of the pump are bearing bodies of the same size, made of cast steel and cast iron materials. They are fastened to the bracket with screws and positioned with matching stops. A set of radial bearings is installed on the coupling end, and two sets of thrust ball bearings are installed back-to-back on the other end. The bearings are lubricated with oil slingers, and the oil volume is moderate. Each bearing body is cast with axial heat dissipation fins for air cooling (t ≤ 120 ℃), and fan cooling (t=120 ℃ -260 ℃) can also be selected. Fan cooling is particularly suitable for water scarce or poor water quality areas.
