[Introduction]

The IPS Type Inclined Tube Setter is a device composed of inclined tubes with a tilt angle of 60 degrees above the suspended layer of sludge. Suspended solids, solids, or flocs formed by adding coagulants in the raw water accumulate on the bottom surface of the inclined tube to form a thin layer of sludge, which slides back to the suspended layer of sludge by gravity and then sinks into the sludge hopper. Discharged into the sludge tank through the sludge discharge pipe for further treatment or comprehensive utilization. The supernatant gradually rises to the collection pipe and can be discharged directly or reused.

Slant tube sedimentation is made based on the sedimentation principle of removing dispersed particles in a horizontal sedimentation tank. By adding inclined pipes in the pool, the hydraulic radius is reduced while increasing the wet circumference of the water passage section of the pool. Therefore, at the same horizontal flow velocity V, the Reynolds number Re of the water flow can be greatly reduced, thereby reducing turbulence and promoting sedimentation. In addition, adding inclined pipes can shorten the distance of particle precipitation, reduce precipitation time, and improve precipitation efficiency.

7. The inclined plate sedimentation tank has a small footprint, only 1/4 of the length of a horizontal sedimentation tank, and the sedimentation efficiency can be increased by 3-5 times.

[Scope of use]

It can be used as supporting equipment for water processes such as air flotation and upgrading, as well as for single-stage treatment of various types of wastewater.

1. The removal rate of mixed wastewater containing multiple metal ions, such as copper, iron, zinc, nickel, etc., in electroplating wastewater is above 90%. Generally, electroplating wastewater can meet the discharge standards after treatment.

2. Coal mine and mineral processing wastewater can reduce turbidity from 500-1500 mg/L to 5 mg/L.
