Principle of Grid Machine

The rotary grid cleaning machine is mainly composed of a driving device, a frame, a spindle, a grid, a slag plate, a plate brush, a circular brush, and a traction chain. Under the drive of the motor, the sprocket and chain are driven by the reducer to move, and the plate brush fixed on the rotating chain moves along the mesh surface from bottom to top, cleaning the mesh surface and taking away the dirt. When the dirt is sent to the top, most of it falls to the slag hopper by gravity, and a small amount of dirt attached to the plate brush is removed by the rotating circular brush, completing the cleaning process. The liquid flows through the gap of the mesh, and the entire working state continues to circulate.
