working principle:
The design of this furnace adopts a structure of primary combustion, secondary combustion, dust removal, and smoke exhaust. Under the comprehensive action of the air supply/exhaust system, water cooling system, combustion assistance system, and control system, the four functional parts are in their respective working states, achieving a maximum temperature of 900 ℃ for garbage and flue gas in the entire combustion channel, thereby reducing harmful emissions.
(1) Primary combustion chamber
In a combustion chamber, the contained garbage is ignited by an oil spray burner and forms a stable and vigorous flame through reasonable air supply. The garbage can be fully burned, and the flue gas is introduced into the secondary combustion chamber for further processing. Ash and non combustible materials are discharged through the slag outlet. The furnace temperature ranges from 650 ℃ to 900 ℃.
(2) Secondary combustion chamber
For the smoke generated during a combustion, further forced combustion treatment and delaying the residence time of the smoke in the high-temperature combustion channel are used to eliminate smoke and further decompose harmful gases.
(3) Dust removal/smoke exhaust section
After secondary combustion treatment, the flue gas is subjected to cyclone dust removal and discharged through the flue.
(4) Cooling water system
To prevent deformation of the combustion chamber body, there is cooling circulating water around the furnace and grate, which not only avoids deformation caused by high temperature, but also achieves energy reuse. Water level and temperature gauges are installed at the water tank to record the temperature and water level of the furnace body. When the water level is below the specified value, the water valve automatically opens and cold water is added. When the height is reached, the water valve automatically closes.
(5) Drum induced draft system
Equipped with two matching fans, which respectively play the role of blowing and inducing air, the blowers can ensure the required oxygen during the combustion process, so that the garbage can be fully burned. The negative pressure effect of the induced draft fan clears the flow resistance of the flue gas, ensuring stable and smooth airflow. There are air volume adjustment plates at the inlet of the fan, and the angle of the adjustment plate can change the supply air volume to meet the corresponding air volume required during the combustion process.
(6) Automatic control system
A distribution box is installed on the side wall of the furnace body. The temperature of the primary/secondary furnace temperature monitoring point is displayed on the temperature dial at any time through a thermal sensor. When selecting manual operation mode, the operator can decide the start and stop of the fan and fuel injection combustion aid based on the temperature display of the detection point. When selecting the automatic action mode, the start and stop of the fan and fuel injector combustion aid are automatically adjusted according to the furnace temperature requirements
