system architecture

Small bag unloading and feeding station: This system consists of a manual unloading bin, a pressure resistant feeding platform, a discharge bin, a vibrating screen, a filtration system, a dust collection system, a blowback airbag, and a vibration motor.

Small bag feeding station: This system consists of manual unloading bin, pressure resistant feeding platform, discharge bin, safety screen, filtration system, dust collection system, back blowing airbag and other components.

working principle

When the small bag material needs to be unpacked and poured into the next process, it only needs to be manually unpacked and put into the system. The material dust generated during feeding is collected by the dust collection fan. The material can be intercepted by a vibrating screen (safety sieve) to prevent large pieces of material and foreign objects, thereby ensuring the discharge of particles that meet the requirements.

Dust collection: The small bag feeding station can achieve manual feeding process without dust overflow. The unpacked materials enter the cone inside the feeding platform, and the overflowing dust is adsorbed by the strong negative pressure airflow during the feeding process, and then blocked by the filter element. The clean gas is then discharged through the filter element and the fan.

Cleaning filter element: During the operation of the system, the adsorption of materials by the filter element will increase the filtration resistance. Therefore, a high flow pulse airflow is required to blow back the filter element. The blow back action is triggered by the proximity switch when the cabin door is closed, and the system automatically blows back. Reduce or remove the material adsorbed on the surface of the filter element to maintain the operating resistance of the fan within the allowable range.

Powder conveying: The materials inside the cone of the small bag feeding station are conveyed to downstream devices through a negative pressure conveying system, and dust-free operation and running can be achieved on site.

It is recommended to use it in conjunction with the product vacuum feeding machine to achieve dust-free feeding and feeding.


Main functions

1) In the exhaust state of the fan, a certain negative pressure is obtained in the working chamber, and the dust generated during feeding is sucked into the filter to avoid leakage outside the box. This effectively avoids direct contact between the operator and material dust, protecting the operator's physical health.

2) The vibrating screen is placed inside the silo, so that the dust generated by the vibrating screen during operation is concentrated inside the silo and filtered by the fan suction filter.

3) The fan base and the upper part of the feeding bin are connected by flange bolts for quick release. When replacing the filter element, the fan and fan base should be moved away. When replacing the screen or performing maintenance and repair, the fan and fan base should be moved away from the upper part of the feeding bin to reduce the weight of the upper part of the feeding bin, facilitate the opening of the gas spring, and ensure safety and reliability.

4) The feeding bin door is equipped with a gas spring valve opener for easy opening by the operator. Sealing strips are embedded around the warehouse door to prevent dust from flying out. After the warehouse door is closed, the reverse airbag can be used for reverse blowing.

5) Centrifugal fan: It is the power component of the entire dust removal system, used to create a certain negative pressure, prevent dust leakage, and extract the dispersed dust during material screening, facilitating equipment operation.
