Smoke treatment equipmentThe negative pressure generated by the smoke and dust passing through the fan enters the pollutant through the side and lower exhaust ports, and the airflow enters the guide channel. After colliding with the guide plate, the large particles of dust fall into the dust collection drawer under the action of gravity, and the dust containing coarse particles enters the filter chamber. The dust containing gas passes through the filter cartridge surface through the filter cartridge, and the dust is blocked by the filter cartridge on its surface. When the blocked dust accumulates on the filter cartridge surface from time to time, it is cleaned by a manual dust cleaning machine, or by pulse blowing to the filter cartridge to remove the dust particles accumulated on the filter cartridge and fall into the dust collection drawer under the action of vibration, causing the entire filter cartridge surface to be cleaned. The polluted air is discharged through the air duct and fan.

treatment method
1. Absorption purification method: commonly known as washing method. It is a simple and practical method for treating asphalt flue gas. The principle is to allow the various components in asphalt flue gas to be absorbed or reacted with the absorbent to achieve purification purposes.
2. Filtering method: By filtering, tar particles in asphalt flue gas are adsorbed onto the filter screen to achieve the purpose of purifying the flue gas.
3. Adsorption purification method: using adsorption materials to absorb one or more components in asphalt mixed flue gas to achieve purification. The complete adsorption process can be divided into physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.
4. Mechanical separation method: Spray water mist into asphalt flue gas to increase the diameter of flue gas particles, and then separate the gas from the particles in a settling chamber or separator to achieve purification.
