The sensor flowmeter placed on the outlet pipe of the fully automatic softener randomly collects the output water volume information and inputs it into the computer in a timely manner. After storage and calculation, it sends instructions to the multi-channel servo valve or solenoid valve for corresponding operation. At the same time, the relevant information is synchronized and fed back to the computer When the system needs to be regenerated, the computer controls the solenoid valve to cut off the water outlet pipe path, and the pre-set timing mechanism ensures accurate and error free processes such as backwashing, salt absorption, flushing, and water injection. The fully automatic softener microcomputer can optimize and preset according to user needs. Randomly display: cycle set water output, remaining water volume, hourly water flow rate, cycle salt consumption, time of each regeneration, and current working mode. At any time, fully automatic operation can be switched to manual regeneration to meet different needs during operation.

The fully automatic softened water treatment equipment can process water at a rate of 0.5 tons/hour to several hundred tons/hour.
