JC-MD non nuclear hygrometer is a non nuclear measuring instrument that can replace nuclear density meters to measure the physical properties of compacted soil in roadbeds and foundations. It is a portable instrument powered by batteries that can be used anywhere in the world without causing issues such as nuclear pollution. It can measure and display dry/wet density, moisture content, and compaction percentage.
