Working principle of solid-liquid separator:

The solid-liquid separator uses a motor-driven device to drive the drive shaft through the equipment reducer, and uses a spiral auger blade to rotate, generating a squeezing operation action. It squeezes out a large amount of water from animal feces containing water through a filter device, thereby separating the solid and liquid in the feces and achieving a professional "solid" and "liquid" separation effect.

1、 Fully automatic operation

The non clogging submersible pump equipped with the equipment is used to pump the cow/pig manure water into the solid-liquid separator, and then the screw gradually pushes the manure water towards the front of the machine, while continuously increasing the pressure at the front edge of the machine, forcing the moisture in the material to be squeezed out of the mesh screen device under the action of edge pressure and filtration, and flow out of the drainage pipe.

2、 Continuous operation

The operation of the solid-liquid separator is continuous, and the cow/pig manure water is continuously lifted into the solid-liquid separator device. The pressure at the leading edge increases continuously. When it reaches a certain level, the discharge port is pushed open and the extrusion port is squeezed out to achieve the purpose of extrusion discharge.

3、 Convenience of operation

In order to control the speed and moisture content of the discharge, the counterweight block below the main engine can be adjusted to achieve a satisfactory and appropriate discharge state. If too much cow manure water/pig manure water is pumped in, it will be discharged into the original cow manure/pig manure water tank through the overflow pipe.
