This series of 140DSF models combines the advantages of both spindle and flange types, with both spindle and flange. It has a wider range of applications and is more convenient to use. This model is also designed by our company for the convenience of customer selection.
This model has heavy load characteristics and can withstand large vertical radial or axial pressures. Its output shaft is designed as a face plate, with a flange center, face plate screw holes, positioning, and pin holes. The fixed surface width is large, which can improve flatness and stability, making it more solid and stable. This series of models is most suitable for rotary disc drive applications with high loads. It is widely used in various disc processing machinery, industrial machinery with similar mechanisms, automated intermittent drive units, and drive discs.

1. Long lifespan: The cam processing technology involves infiltration and grinding, with a hardened layer of about 5mm. | Adjustment of Fulu high-speed splitter | |||||
A major factor that affects the segmentation accuracy and lifespan of the splitter is adjustment. The factory products of the splitter are obtained by carefully assembling and adjusting precision machined parts. Inappropriate adjustments can affect segmentation accuracy, resulting in impacts, noise, and damage to the splitter that cannot achieve the expected speed and load-bearing capacity. Thereby shortening the lifespan of the splitter. | |||||

1. Adjustment of inter axis distance: If the splitter experiences gaps in the positioning workspace due to prolonged use and wear, these gaps need to be eliminated by adjusting the inter axis distance. This can be achieved by synchronously adjusting the eccentric sleeves at both ends of the input shaft. 2. Adjustment of input and output axial positions: The axial position of the cam divider can be adjusted by adjusting the locking nuts on both sides of the cam or the pressure bearing covers on both sides of the input shaft. It is possible to adjust the axial position of the dividing wheel by adjusting the bearing covers at both ends of the output shaft or the locking nuts at the rear end. Please note that the splitter has been carefully adjusted at the factory and users are not allowed to make unauthorized adjustments to prevent accidental adjustments. If adjustments are necessary, please contact the manufacturer. The use, inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of the splitter 2. Regular maintenance is required for the connecting parts and transmission components of the input and output shafts. Pay attention to the looseness of couplings, pulleys, sprockets, gears, and output transmission bodies. The tension of belts and sprockets, as well as the meshing clearance of gears, should be absolutely guaranteed to be in normal condition. If any of the following situations are found, the operation should be stopped immediately. [1]. There is no segmentation output in the corresponding interval times, or the segmentation output is unstable or completely absent at a certain position. [2]. Abnormal vibration occurred. [3]. An abnormal sound occurred. [4]. There is a reverse impact in the stationary zone of the cam. (1) If the cam is damaged and cannot be used again, you can contact to replace the cam. If there is no damage or minor damage, it can still be used and its axial position cannot be adjusted without authorization. (2) If the needle roller bearing in the dividing wheel is damaged, the output dividing shaft can be removed and the needle roller bearing can be replaced. There are two ways, one is to loosen the output sleeve and remove the output shaft without loosening the cover at the back end, so that the axial position remains unchanged when reinstalling. The second is to loosen the locking nut at the rear end of the output shaft and the output sleeve at the front end, and then remove the output shaft together with the sleeve. When reinstalling, simply tighten the nut to return the output shaft to its original position. Lubrication of the splitter: 1. Oil injection: Before using the splitter, it is necessary to add oil. The addition of iron filings, oil residue, and dust during oil injection can cause wear on the cam ridges, bearings, rollers, and other parts, reducing accuracy. So when injecting oil, the oil port should be wiped clean first, and then clean oil should be injected. Oil injection should be based on the oil standard. 2. Oil change: First time: After 1000 hours of operation Second time: Three thousand hours after the last oil change, but even though the operating time is short, the oil needs to be changed once a year. 3.
