Motor: Made according to CE specifications.

Standard: Directly driven by a 2-pole motor with IP55 and F-class insulation.

Oil seal: Use maintenance free shaft seals to separate the motor and blower body.Shell: The blower and motor shells are cast separately, with a smooth and defect free surface.Muffler: Both the exhaust and intake pipes are equipped with mufflers to reduce noise.



The maintenance is as follows:

1、 Inspection of lubrication system (it is strictly prohibited to operate the rotary fan in a state of oil shortage)

a、 Firstly, check if the oil level in the fuel tank is below the low level. If there is insufficient oil, please add more oil (the oil grade is ISO standard 46 # turbine oil, and the oil grade can be appropriately reduced in low-temperature and cold regions).

b、 Regularly check whether the engine oil has deteriorated due to the presence of water or other contaminants. If it has deteriorated, please replace the engine oil in a timely manner.

c、 Regularly check whether the oil dripping condition of the drip nozzle is normal. If the drip nozzle is dirty, remove the adjustment screw and clean it.

d、 Daily cleaning of oil filters.

2、 Inspection of air filter

Daily check if the air filter is dirty. If it is dirty, remove the air filter, unscrew the butterfly nut, remove the cover, and clean the filter sponge (be careful not to drop dirt into the fan body when removing the filter).

3、 The triangular beltAfter running for a period of time, the triangular belt of the rotary fan will elongate. At this time, the fixing bolts of the motor should be loosened, the motor should be moved, and the triangular belt should be tightened to the appropriate position before tightening the fixing bolts of the motor. It should be noted that the end faces of the motor pulley and the fan pulley should be on the same plane. At the same time, check whether the top screws of the two pulleys are loose. If they are loose, please tighten them.

4、 Check the flexibility of the safety valve on a daily basis. If it is not flexible, please clean and debug it to ensure reliable opening and closing.

5、 Check for any oil or gas leaks on a daily basis and repair them. If they cannot be repaired, please notify the manufacturer immediately.6、 Daily cleaning of the fan room, maintaining cleanliness and good ventilation7、 Regularly check the operation status of the fan and motor. If abnormal noise or temperature is found, stop the machine for maintenance in a timely manner, identify the cause of the malfunction, and provide solutions.
