Electrical requirements:
The on-site electrical control box is supplied as a complete set for the mixer. The power, control cables, and cable fasteners from the electrical control box to the mixer are supplied by the equipment unit. The technical requirements for the control box and control are specified in the electrical and control clauses.
Self control requirements
Each mixer (device) needs to achieve on-site one-step control of start/stop function and have PLC remote control function. Its electrical control cabinet should have at least the following signal interfaces:
Input signal (passive contact): on/off control signal
Output signal (passive contact): manual/automatic signal;
Operation signal;
Comprehensive fault signal.

Characteristics of hyperbolic mixer (vertical mixer):
The hyperbolic mixer (vertical mixer) has changed the disadvantages of conventional mixers such as uneven flow velocity, dead corners, and low volume utilization in the mixing tank. It produces uniform bottom omnidirectional push flow in the tank, without sedimentation, and the water surface is calm, with no air entering the water; The appearance of the mixing impeller is reasonable, with a double curved surface design and a non blade structure. It will not produce any debris or fiber entanglement on the mixer, so no maintenance is required during normal operation.
The hyperbolic mixer (vertical mixer) has low impeller speed, low wear, good corrosion resistance, reliable performance, and long service life. Compared with conventional mixers, this high-capacity omnidirectional push flow hyperbolic mixer has lower energy consumption. It generally only requires 2-3 watts to stir 1 cubic meter of sewage, with energy savings of 30% to 50%.

The hyperbolic mixer is suitable for operation in sewage or sludge. During operation, no fibers should be attached to any part underwater to ensure uniform mixing in each area of the tank and no sludge sedimentation in the entire tank.
The hyperbolic mixer can operate continuously 24 hours a day, with a designed service life of not less than 20 years. It needs to operate continuously under full immersion conditions, running smoothly and without vibration throughout the entire operation process, with a running time of at least 10000 hours.
The shaft power of the mixer should ensure water mixing, with an average flow velocity at the bottom of the pool of ≥ 300mm/s. The motor power should be greater than 1.15 times the actual shaft power, and the mixer should not be overloaded under design conditions.
The entire weight of the hyperbolic mixer should be supported on the concrete floor, and the position of the impeller should be close to the bottom of the pool. There should be no bearing support at the bottom. The main drive shaft of the mixer should be designed as a whole and directly connected to the reducer, and cannot be a segmented structure connected by a coupling. Connected to the gear reduction motor through a cantilevered vertical shaft, and the gear reduction motor transmits torque.
The turbine impeller should be in the form of a conical hyperboloid, semi open, and with guide ribs on the conical surface. The connection between the impeller and the shaft must be made using countersunk nuts, and other methods are not accepted.

The hyperbolic mixer is composed of a driving device, a hyperbolic impeller body, and installation accessories. In order to meet the needs of users under different working conditions, the installation is divided into two types: dry (also known as vertical shaft) and submersible. Dry installation, fixing the driving device on the working bridge and transmitting kinetic energy to the impeller components in the medium through the transmission shaft. It is used in liquids with high solid content, high water temperature, and abrasive properties. Due to the automatic correction function of the impeller, it runs smoothly and the noise of the reducer is less than 60 decibels. Submersible installation, eliminating the need for cable trays, using submersible power, utilizing equipment self weight positioning, flexible and convenient installation, suitable for deep water, stable water quality, non abrasive water bodies, water temperature not exceeding 40 ℃, pH value between 6-9, characterized by no noise and no visual barriers.
Inspection and testing of hyperbolic mixer
Before leaving the factory, the equipment should undergo factory inspection and testing, and provide a product qualification certificate or quality certificate.
After installation, it should be inspected as required to ensure that its performance meets the specified indicators.
The mixer should run smoothly and without any jamming or shaking when running in idle mode without water.
On site load testing should be conducted, and 24-hour loaded operation should be carried out under design conditions, with the operating current not exceeding the rated current of the motor. Measure the uniformity of the mixer to ensure it meets the design requirements.
