Inhalation: When the pump is started, the prime mover (such as an electric motor) transmits rotational motion to the impeller through belt drive or coupling drive. During the rotation of the impeller, a low-pressure zone is formed at its center, while a high-pressure zone is formed at the periphery. This pressure difference causes the mixed liquid to be sucked into the impeller.
Acceleration: During the rotation of the impeller, a forward and downward force is applied to the mixed liquid, causing the speed of the mixed liquid to rapidly increase.
Cutting and stirring: The structural design of the impeller ensures that the mixed liquid is cut and stirred by the blades of the impeller when passing through it. This helps to cut the solid particles in the mixed liquid into smaller particles and distribute them evenly.
Discharge: Through the action of the impeller, the solid particles in the mixed liquid are cut and stirred before being pushed towards the outlet of the pump, thereby achieving the transportation of the mixed liquid.
