Spray dust removal at mine blanking point
Scope of application: spray dedusting at mine blanking point, spray dedusting for transmission belt, spray dedusting for raw material workshop, spray dedusting for crusher, spray dedusting for blanking port, spray dedusting for unloading area
1) Spray dust removal at mine discharge port
The spray dedusting system at the discharge port is divided into internal spray dedusting and external spray dedusting. Currently, most areas with severe dust come from the discharge port. As the discharge port drives dust to fly under the influence of weight and ambient wind speed, spray nozzles shall be installed at the discharge port, which shall be adjusted according to the number and installation position of nozzles on site and environmental factors. The installation of the spray point can effectively reduce the generation of dust, thus making the dust wet and settle.
2) Spray dust removal between mine conveyor belts
The conveyor belt produces a large amount of dust during working, moving forward and conveying. At the same time, due to the small ventilation section and high wind speed, the amount of mineral dust from the working area increases significantly. spray devices should be installed under the top beam of the support and the side plate. The nozzle below the inflection point points towards the upper part of the top beam, effectively reducing dust. The nozzle on the side panel points towards the goaf side to control the diffusion of a large amount of dust generated during the roof falling process into the working area.
3) Spray dust removal in raw material workshop of mine
The raw material workshop adopts the dust suppression method of adding spray locally. Install a semi sealed cover in the raw material workshop and install nozzles inside the cover to eliminate floating dust and reduce the dust content of the airflow entering the mining face. In order to ensure the sealing effect, a semi covered soft air curtain is installed at the entrance and exit of the raw material workshop for the sealing cover. The soft air curtain is made of air duct cloth.
4) Vehicle passing and spray dedusting at construction site
The purpose of spray dedusting for vehicles passing by and construction site is to avoid excessive dust caused by vehicles passing by and construction process, and to reduce the amount of dust produced. spray dedusting shall be emphasized. Spray dedusting design is mainly used for spray dedusting from the vehicle passing through the working face of the construction site and the loading and unloading working face. Addressing labor hygiene and production safety in enterprise production. Fully implement the safety production policy of "prevention first, safety", eradicate dust hazards, eliminate safety accidents, and ensure the life safety and physical health of miners. Spray equipment can effectively reduce dust, so as to meet environmental requirements, reduce the incidence rate of pneumoconiosis, reduce dust concentration, and reduce the possibility of dust explosion. Principle of spray dust suppression equipment at mine blanking point
Spray dedusting equipment is also called cold fog boiler in foreign countries. The equipment has nozzles that can produce small atomized water droplets. The high-pressure plunger pump pressurizes tap water or softened water to 7MPa, and uses the potential energy during the water transfer process to atomize the water into small water droplets. By rotating the high-speed jet or colliding with specially shaped impact pins, water mist particles of 3-20 microns are generated. The water mist captures dust in the air, increasing its weight and causing it to sink to the ground. This is the spray process of spray dedusting equipment.
Dust capturing effect
1) Within the range of mist action, high-speed flowing water mist molecules collide and come into contact with floating dust, wetting the dust particles and causing them to sink under the influence of gravity;
2) The high-speed flowing mist attracts the dusty air around it to moisten and sink inside the mist;
3) Wet and bond the settled dust particles to prevent them from flying and achieve dust removal effect!

Characteristics of spray dedusting equipment at mine blanking point
