Guardrail substrates can be roughly divided into stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, carbon steel, etc. For carbon steel substrates, epoxy anti-corrosion primer or epoxy zinc rich primer can be used; Stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and galvanized steel substrates require specialized primers. Ordinary primers are very easy to peel off, while ED1000 epoxy primer is a corrosion-resistant paint specifically designed for such substrates. ED1000 epoxy primer does not require sandblasting or polishing for surface treatment before construction, saving manpower and material resources. It is particularly suitable for guardrails made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and galvanized steel. This paint is resistant to salt spray for 1000 hours, firmly adheres to the substrate, does not peel off the paint film, does not contain heavy metals, and can be matched with fluorocarbon topcoat and acrylic polyurethane topcoat.
