Stainless steel coarse and fine grille cleaning machineIt is a pre solid-liquid separation equipment used in water treatment engineering. Its main function is to continuously and automatically intercept and remove large-sized suspended solids, floating objects, and sediments (such as branches, plastic bags, household waste, fibers, hair, etc.) in the water flow, in order to protect subsequent pumps, valves, pipelines, and processing equipment from blockage and wear.
The core principle is mechanical filtration. The equipment is installed at a certain inclination angle in the inlet channel. When the water flow to be treated passes through a set of parallel arranged stainless steel bars forming a grid surface, debris larger than the gap between the bars is trapped on the grid surface. As the rotating chain or rake teeth driven by the motor continue to circulate, the trapped debris is scooped out of the water and transported to the discharge area at the top of the grate. In the unloading area, debris is unloaded into the slag hopper or conveyor and ultimately transported for processing. The cleaned rake teeth or rake teeth rotate to the bottom and enter the next working cycle.

Rack: The main support structure is welded with stainless steel profiles, which are sturdy and durable.
Grid bar/grid basket: The core filtering component is made of a set of parallel stainless steel flat steel, and the grid gap (clearance) is a key parameter that determines the interception accuracy (such as coarse grid 20-50mm, fine grid 5-20mm, ultra-fine grid 1-5mm). The coarse and fine grid integrated machine may adopt composite grid bars or graded design.
Drive device: including motor and reducer, providing power for the equipment.
Transmission system: usually a rotary rake chain or steel wire rope traction system, which drives the slag scraper bucket to move up and down in a circular motion.
Slag cleaning rake teeth/target bucket: The component directly responsible for slag removal, which precisely meshes with the grid bar.
Unloading mechanism: At the top, with the assistance of a plow shaped unloading plate or a rotating brush, ensure effective separation of debris from the rake teeth.
Control system: usually equipped with on-site control cabinets, supporting time control (timed operation) and liquid level difference control (automatic operation based on the water level difference before and after the grid, more energy-efficient), and can be connected to monitoring systems.
