Stainless steel constant temperature screw pumpIt is a type of pump that operates based on the principle of rotary meshing displacement, with the main working components being eccentric screws (rotor) and fixed bushings (stator).

Due to the special geometric shapes of these two components, they form separate sealed chambers, and the medium flows uniformly in the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains constant, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex or agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6MPa, the head is 60m (for clean water), and the self-priming height is generally 6m. It is suitable for conveying media with a temperature below 80 ℃ (special requirements can reach 150 ℃).

The transmission method can be direct transmission through couplings, or devices such as variable speed motors, V-belts, or gearboxes can be used.

The rotor and stator are the main vulnerable parts of this pump, with a simple structure and easy assembly and disassembly.
