Stainless steel explosion-proof high-pressure solenoid valve in stockIt is an important equipment for fluid control in high-pressure environments, with explosion-proof performance and stable working characteristics. The advantages of its stainless steel material, precise control, and fast response make it widely used in multiple fields, ensuring safe and stable operation of the system under high pressure conditions.
Structure and working principle:
Structural composition: Stainless steel explosion-proof high-pressure solenoid valves are usually composed of valve body, solenoid coil, valve core, valve seat and other components.
Working principle: When the electromagnetic coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated to move the valve core, change the degree of valve opening, and thus control the flow of fluid. In high-pressure environments, valves can work stably to ensure the accuracy of fluid control.
Stainless steel explosion-proof high-pressure solenoid valve in stockInstallation precautions
1. Before installation, you should refer to the product manual to see if it meets your usage requirements.
2. Before using the pipeline, it should be flushed clean. If the medium is not clean, a filter should be installed to prevent impurities from interfering with the normal operation of the valve.
3. The solenoid valve that has been out of use for a long time should be cleared of condensed matter for easy use; When disassembling and washing, all parts should be placed in order and then restored to their original state for installation.
4. Electromagnetic valves generally work in one direction and cannot be installed in reverse. The arrow on the valve indicates the direction of fluid movement in the pipeline and must be kept consistent.
5. Electromagnetic valves should be heated or insulated when they resume operation in frozen areas.
6. The installation of solenoid valves generally has a horizontal valve body and a vertical upward coil. Some products can be installed freely, but it is best to install them vertically when conditions permit to increase their service life.
7. After the electromagnetic coil lead wire (connector) is connected, it should be confirmed whether it is firm, and the contacts of the connected electrical components should not shake. Loose connections will cause the electromagnetic valve to not work. For solenoid valves that require continuous production work, it is best to use a bypass for easy maintenance and without affecting production.
