  • 1、 Core Structure and Design Features

  • Stainless steel flange pneumatic ball valveThe door adopts an integrated flange connection structure, and the valve body and flange are forged as a whole, which complies with international standards such as GB/T 12224 and ANSI B16.5. The sphere is made of high-precision core processed by precision CNC machine tools, with a mirror polished surface (Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m), and is matched with PTFE reinforced PTFE valve seat to achieve bidirectional zero leakage sealing (leakage level up to ANSI VI level).

  • The unique anti blowout valve stem design has been certified according to ISO 5211 standard, ensuring valve stem stability even under high-pressure conditions. The pneumatic actuator can be optionally equipped with a double acting or single acting spring reset type, supporting 4-7 bar air source pressure, quick opening and closing with a 90 ° stroke (action time ≤ 3 seconds), and integrating a limit switch box to achieve opening feedback.


  • 2、 Materials Science and Corrosion Resistance

  • The valve body material is CF8M (ASTM A351 standard) austenitic stainless steel, with chromium nickel molybdenum alloy composition (Cr18-20%, Ni11-14%, Mo2-3%)It can tolerate acidic and alkaline media with pH values of 2-12, especially suitable for corrosive fluids such as chloride ions and hydrogen sulfide.

    For the Q641F4 fluorine lined model derived from strong corrosive environments, a 2.5mm thick layer of PFA/F46 fluoroplastic is lined on the inner cavity of the valve body and the surface of the sphere. The temperature resistance range is extended to -196 ℃~150 ℃, and it can resist strong corrosive media such as 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The key sealing material adopts Trelleborg special PTFE imported from Germany, and after adding carbon fiber reinforcement, the wear resistance coefficient is increased by 60%, with a service life of over 100000 times.

  • 4、 Key points for installation and maintenance

  • During installation, it is important to ensure that the fluid direction is consistent with the arrow markings on the valve body. It is recommended to reserve a 5DN straight pipe section upstream and downstream.

  • During installation, it is necessary to clean the pipelines, tighten the flanges according to specifications, and support horizontal or vertical pipeline layouts.

  • The gas source pipeline should be equipped with three components (filter, pressure reducing valve, oil mist device) to maintain the dew point temperature 10 ℃ lower than the working temperature.

  • Daily maintenance cycle:

  • -Check the airtightness of the actuator monthly (soap water leak detection)

  • -Inject FDA certified grease into the lubricated valve stem every quarter
