Product Introduction

Stainless steel horizontalPipeline pumpIt is a clever combination design of our unit's scientific and technological personnel, in collaboration with domestic water pump experts, using a domestically recognized hydraulic model and the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump, on the basis of a general horizontal pump. This series of horizontal pipeline pumps has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance, and meets the standard requirements of JB/T53058-93 of the Ministry of Machinery of China. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard. Our company uses all copper motors, Y2, Y3 series motors, and can be equipped with stainless steel materials such as 304, 316, 316L, etc. We can help you choose the appropriate stainless steel material according to your actual needs.

Product Features

1. The inlet and outlet diameters of the stainless steel horizontal pipeline pump are the same and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth pump operation and low vibration noise
3. The shaft seal of the stainless steel horizontal pipeline pump adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. The installation and maintenance of stainless steel horizontal pipeline pumps are convenient, without the need to disassemble the pipeline system. All rotor components can be extracted by simply removing the pump coupling nut.
5. Stainless steel horizontal pipeline pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head
6. Stainless steel horizontal pipeline pumps can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

Stainless steel horizontal pipeline pumps are mainly used in the following areas:
Water supply: filtration and transportation of water plants, water supply to different zones of water plants, main pipeline pressurization, and pressurization of high-rise buildings.
Industrial pressurization: process water system, cleaning system, high-pressure flushing system, fire protection system.
Industrial liquid transportation: cooling and air conditioning systems, boiler feedwater and condensing systems, machine tool matching, transportation of acidic and alkaline media.
Water treatment: ultrafiltration system, reverse osmosis system, distillation system, separator, and water treatment system for swimming pools.
Irrigation: farmland irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation.
