1、 Product Overview of CQB Magnetic Drive Pump:
CQB type magnetic drive pump (abbreviated as CQB)magnetic drive pump)The CQG type high-temperature resistant magnetic drive pump (temperature resistance ≤ 250 ℃) (referred to as the magnetic pump) applies the working principle of permanent magnet couplings tocentrifugal pumpThe new products are mainly made of stainless steel, reinforced polypropylene, and engineering plastics. The design is reasonable, the process is advanced, and it has the characteristics of full sealing, no leakage, and corrosion resistance. Its performance has reached the advanced level of similar foreign products.
Magnetic pumps replace dynamic seals with static seals, ensuring that the overcurrent components of the pump are in a completely sealed state, completely solving the problems of running, emitting, and dripping that cannot be avoided by other pump mechanical seals. Magnetic pumps use corrosion-resistant and high-strength engineering plastics, steel jade ceramics, stainless steel and other materials as manufacturing materials, so they have good corrosion resistance and can protect the transported medium from pollution.
3、 CQB type magnetic drive pump application range:
Magnetic pumps have a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size, low noise, reliable operation, and convenient use. It can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, film photography and printing, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other units to pump acid, alkali solution, oil, rare and precious liquids, venom, volatile liquids, as well as supporting circulating water equipment and filter machines. Especially for the pumping of liquids that are prone to leakage, flammable, and explosive, this pump is more ideal.
7、 Installation and use of CQB type magnetic drive pump
1. Magnetic pumps should be installed horizontally and not vertically. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.
2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
3. Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
4. Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.
5. After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve and adjust it to the desired opening after the pump enters normal operation.
6. Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.
Precautions for using CQB type magnetic drive pump
1. Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely forbidden to operate them in idle mode, while also avoiding the possibility of spatiotemporal rotation caused by power outages and restarts during operation.
2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table for details). The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps is less than 60 ℃, the operating temperature of metal pumps is less than 100 ℃, the conveying suction pressure is not greater than 0.2mpa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6mpa, the density is not greater than 1600kg/m3, and the particle size is not greater than 30 × 10-6m2/s, which is a liquid without hard particles and fibers.
5. For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump. 6. After 500 hours of operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearings and end face dynamic rings should be disassembled and inspected. If the gap between the bearings and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.5-1mm, and the axial displacement of the impeller is 1.5-2mm, the bearings and axial dynamic rings should be replaced.
