The material of the high-efficiency double suction open pump can be selected from duplex stainless steel, 45, cast steel, and gray iron. The parameter range is: flow rate: 50-40000m ³/h, head: 6-300m. It is efficient and energy-saving, with an efficiency of up to 92%, a wide high-efficiency zone, low vibration, low cavitation allowance, standardized parts, and has a wide range of applications. The main advantages of an efficient double suction open pump are as follows:

1. High reliability: The high lift pump adopts a double volute design, and the pump body and pump cover are reinforced with ribs. The structure is optimized using ANSYS mechanical analysis software, and the pump casing has high strength. The pressure test of the pump casing is strictly carried out in accordance with the water pressure test standard in GB/T5656 "Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps Class II". The short span of the bearings and the thickened design of the shaft result in minimal disturbance during rotor operation, ensuring stability and reliability. All impellers undergo a 6.3 level static balance test, and the entire rotor undergoes a 2.5 level dynamic balance test according to the API610 standard. The spindle adopts a fully sealed design that does not come into contact with liquids, and the bearing components are equipped with a lip shaped oil seal+V-shaped sealing ring combination sealing structure, which has good functions of oil leakage, dust prevention, water resistance, and moisture prevention.

Strong adaptability: The pump has a wide high-efficiency range, which can meet user requirements on a larger scale; In addition, we adopt a two wheel impeller configuration for the pump, which provides excellent selectivity and ensures that users can select the high-efficiency range for their operating conditions. The pump inlet and outlet are processed according to standards such as CB, ISO, DIN, BS, ANSI, etc.

The high-efficiency double suction open pump has a simple structure and is easy to maintain: the housing adopts an upper and lower split structure, which is easy to disassemble and repair. As long as the upper housing is removed, the internal parts of the pump can be inspected and repaired without disassembling the main piping.
