Stainless steel stacked screw sludge dewatering machineIt is a mechanical equipment that utilizes the extrusion principle of a spiral shaft and laminations (fixed ring and moving ring) to achieve continuous concentration and dewatering of sludge. It belongs to a low-speed, low-energy mechanical dehydration method.
Working principle (three-step process):
(1) Concentrated section:
The sludge that forms alum flowers after flocculation reaction enters the front part of the dewatering machine body - the concentration section - from the feed inlet.
The pitch of the spiral shaft is relatively large, and during rotation, the sludge is slowly stirred. Under the action of gravity, a large amount of free water is separated from the gaps in the laminations, and the sludge is initially concentrated.
(2) Dehydration section:
The initially concentrated sludge is pushed by the spiral shaft into the dewatering section at the rear.
The pitch of the spiral shaft here gradually decreases, resulting in a smaller space (cavity) and a huge squeezing force on the sludge.
At the same time, there is a slight relative motion between the fixed ring and the moving ring, creating a "shearing" effect that can prevent the filter from clogging and continuously squeeze out water.
(3) Mud discharge section:
The highly squeezed and dehydrated mud cake is pushed out from the bottom mud outlet.
The filtered liquid squeezed out flows out from the gaps in the stack and returns to the front end of the sewage treatment system for reprocessing.
Stainless steel stacked screw sludge dewatering machineSuitable for the following situations:
Dehydration of residual activated sludge and digested sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants.
Industrial wastewater: dewatering of sludge from industries such as food, chemical, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, slaughter, printing and dyeing.
Small and decentralized sewage treatment plants (such as rural sewage and community sewage), due to their high degree of automation and convenient management.
The self-cleaning advantage of treating oily and viscous sludge is obvious.
