The liquid medium to be filtered is filtered by the filter bag supported by the stainless steel plate punching support filter blue support, producing ideal solid-liquid separation to achieve the effect of filtering the liquid medium. Different filtration accuracies depend on the filter bags of different accuracies.

Due to the fact that the liquid medium enters the interior of the bag filter cylinder from the top of the filter bag, the liquid can be evenly distributed on the entire filtering surface of the filter bag, making the fluid distribution in the entire layer basically constant and consistent. The negative impact of turbulence is small, and the filtering effect is good.

Bag filters have many advantages such as simple and reasonable structure, good sealing, strong flow capacity, and easy operation. Especially the probability of side leakage of the filter bag is small, which can accurately ensure the filtration accuracy and quickly replace the filter bag. The inner and outer surfaces of the bag filter are treated with mechanical sandblasting and polishing, which is uniform and easy to clean.
