Stainless steel tubular shaftless screw conveyorSuitable for continuous and uniform conveying of loose, viscous, and easily entangled materials, with a maximum conveying temperature of up to 100 ℃ and a maximum inclination angle of less than 45 °. Widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, environmental protection, electricity, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, and food, it is particularly suitable for transporting materials such as sediment, grid slag, and sludge cake produced after dewatering in sewage treatment plants. The material enters the spiral tube from the feeding hopper, and the shaftless spiral body transports the material to the required position for discharge.


This product is mainly composed of a driving device, a conveying screw, a U-shaped groove, a lining plate, a cover plate, a feeding port, a discharging port, a machine cover (when needed), a base, etc. The spiral press machine is mainly used for spiral pressing and dehydration of the grid residue separated from the grid, reducing the dissolution of the grid residue and removing the majority of the water in the grid residue, which is conducive to transportation and landfill.

Double helix structure: There are two helices inside the shaftless double helix conveyor, which are located in the pipeline and spiral and move alternately.

Material feeding: The material enters from the feeding port of the conveyor and is simultaneously pushed by the double helix towards the discharge port of the conveyor.

Spiral motion: The mutual spiral motion of two spirals forms a staggered conveying channel, allowing materials to be evenly conveyed in the pipeline.

● Thrust transfer: Due to the design of the double helix, materials are subjected to dual thrust during the conveying process, which improves conveying efficiency and stability.

Transportation direction: The coordinated motion of the double helix causes the material to advance forward in a spiral shape within the pipeline, and be transported along the axis direction of the conveyor.

Discharge outlet: When the material reaches the discharge outlet of the conveyor, it can be smoothly discharged through the outlet to complete the entire conveying process.
