Overview

1、 Working principle
Centrifugal fans work based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy. The core component is the high-speed rotating impeller. When the electric motor drives the impeller to rotate, gas enters the impeller from the axial direction and accelerates under the push of the impeller, generating centrifugal force. As the gas rotates in the impeller, its flow direction changes from axial to radial, and then enters the diffuser. In a diffuser, the direction of gas flow changes, the cross-sectional area of the pipeline increases, causing the airflow to slow down, thereby converting kinetic energy into pressure energy. The increase in pressure mainly occurs in the impeller, followed by the expansion process.
1、 Purpose:
It can be widely used for dust collection, incinerator exhaust, VOC organic exhaust, high-temperature exhaust, semiconductor processes, and forced air supply.
2、 Product Features
1. The steel centrifugal fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a regulating door, and a transmission part. The impeller is the main working component that generates wind pressure and transmits energy; The casing is mainly used to introduce and exhaust gas, while converting some of the kinetic energy of the gas into pressure energy;
2. The impeller is composed of 12 rear inclined wing shaped blades welded between the arc-shaped wheel cover and the flat plate disc. Due to the use of wing shaped blades, the high efficiency, low noise, and high strength of the fan are ensured. The impeller runs smoothly after static and dynamic balance correction. The impeller structure of the ventilation and induced draft fans with the same machine number is the same.
3. The casing is a snail shaped body welded from ordinary steel plates. The casing of the fan is made into an integral structure. For the induced draft fan, there is a dust cleaning door on the volute plate, and it is appropriately thickened to prevent cigarette ash wear and extend its service life.
4. The air inlet is a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regular inspection: Regularly inspect the wear of components such as bearings, seals, and transmission mechanisms, as well as the corrosion of impellers and casings. Replace or repair problems promptly upon discovery.
2. Lubrication management: Regularly lubricate the bearings to ensure their normal operation. Use appropriate lubricants and replace them regularly according to the usage of the equipment.
3. Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the casing and impeller to prevent dust and debris from accumulating and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
4. Vibration monitoring: Regularly monitor vibrations, promptly identify and address any abnormal vibrations.
5. Professional training: Provide professional training for operators of centrifugal fans to understand the working principles, operating procedures, and troubleshooting methods of the equipment, and improve the operational efficiency and safety of the equipment.
