The wastewater contains suspended solids with large particles, which are intercepted by barriers and enter the oil separation regulating tank. Most of the floating oil in the wastewater is recovered by the floating oil recovery device. After the water quality and quantity are balanced in the regulating tank, the wastewater is pumped into the demulsification and flocculation reaction device by the lifting pump. After the dosing reaction, it flows into the air flotation separator. The wastewater undergoes demulsification and coagulation reaction in the air flotation separator, which separates the air flotation and removes most of the SS, Oil, CODcr, and chromaticity before flowing into the intermediate water tank. After being pressurized by the filter pump and injected into the filter, SS and CODcr are further removed before entering the carbon adsorption tank, where the fine particles and soluble substances are intercepted and adsorbed by the packing material. After undergoing processes such as oil separation regulation, neutralization and aeration, air flotation separation, filtration and adsorption, the effluent quality of the wastewater can fully meet the discharge standards. The floating slag separated by the air flotation machine flows into the drying box for dewatering treatment, and the sludge in the regulating tank is lifted by the submersible sewage pump to the drying box for dewatering treatment.
