PF (FS) type chemical pump, its pump body, pump cover, impeller, and parts in contact with the conveying medium are all made of polyvinylidene fluoride or reinforced polypropylene through compression molding or injection molding. Polyvinylidene fluoride plastic has high mechanical strength and good corrosion resistance, and is one of the widely used engineering plastics internationally. The PF (FS) chemical pump can transport various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, hydrofluoric acid, alkaline solution, organic solvents, oxidants and other chemical media under temperature conditions of -50 ℃ to 80 ℃. It is an energy-saving pump for transporting corrosive media without particles in industrial sectors such as chemical, chlor alkali, fertilizer, dye, reagent, pesticide, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and environmental protection. The PF (FS) series chemical pump is a direct coupled structure, which is connected to the motor flange by the pump body and bracket. The bracket supports the pump body, and the impeller is directly connected to the motor through a shaft. The characteristics of this series of pumps are simple and compact structure, few parts, and good performance.
The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the suction port towards the motor direction, and the pump outlet is vertically upward. The pump is sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene (F4) bellows and an externally mounted corrosion-resistant mechanical seal.

The PF type chemical pump can transport temperatures ranging from -5 ℃ to 80 ℃. Under temperature conditions, various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, hydrofluoric acid, alkaline solution, organic solvents, oxidants and other chemical media are used as energy-saving pumps for conveying corrosive media without particles in industrial sectors such as chemical, chlor alkali, fertilizer, dye, reagent, pesticide, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and environmental protection.
