Submersible sewage pump produced in HebeiThe main components serve the following purposes:
Signal line: equipped with a fully protected water pump control cabinet, providing all-round protection for the pump, including water leakage, phase failure, short circuit, overheating, motor overload, and other items.
Motor stator: using B-class or F-class insulation.
Leakage probe: This component is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged and water enters the oil chamber, the probe can send a signal to the control system to protect the pump.
Mechanical seal: Adopting a dual channel series seal and using a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, it has the characteristics of reliable sealing, wear resistance, and long service life.
Impeller: The impeller adopts a single or double channel structure, which has strong passing capacity and can pass through large materials and fiber waste, reducing blockage and entanglement failures.
Pump body: Paired with the impeller, the pump has high efficiency.
Sealing ring: installed at the mouth ring of the pump body. When the impeller wears out the mouth ring due to operation, the sealing ring can be replaced to ensure optimal efficiency of the pump operation.

Liquid inhalation
The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, forming a negative pressure zone at the center of the impeller. Sewage enters through the pump inlet under the action of external atmospheric pressure.
Pressure Boosting and Transportation
The sewage is thrown towards the edge of the pump casing under the centrifugal force of the impeller, and the pressure rises before being discharged through the outlet pipeline.
The secondary impeller fluid dynamic sealing technology generates centrifugal force through the reverse rotation of the secondary impeller, reduces the pressure at the mechanical seal, prevents solid particles from entering the sealing surface, and extends the sealing life.
