Sulfuric acid pump

The THF type concentrated sulfuric acid centrifugal pump is optimized and designed based on the performance parameters of the IS type single-stage single suction centrifugal pump, using two materials: concentrated sulfuric acid special cast iron and carbon steel, and an excellent hydraulic model. It is an ideal new generation chemical pump.

FEATURES

The shaft seal of the concentrated sulfuric acid pump adopts an external high-quality mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of new hard alloy or ceramic, which is wear-resistant, leak free, and has a long service life.

Installation, use, precautions, and maintenance

1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects in the flow channel of the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.

2. A regulating valve should be installed on the inlet and outlet 1 pipeline of the pump to control the pump to operate within the rated working conditions.

3. Open the inlet valve to fill the entire pump chamber with liquid.

4. Connect the power supply, gradually open the valve on the discharge pipeline when the pump reaches normal speed, and adjust it to the desired working condition.

5. Check if the temperature rise at the motor and bearing is ≤ 70 ℃, and promptly handle any abnormalities found.

6. Mechanical seals are strictly prohibited from working under dry grinding conditions
