The MVR evaporator for industrial wastewater is suitable for the evaporation and crystallization of various inorganic salts, evaporation and concentration of materials with high hardness, evaporation and concentration of leachate from garbage, concentration of materials in the food, fermentation, and pharmaceutical industries, and concentration of heat sensitive materials.

Industrial wastewater MVR evaporatorThe technical principle is that the low-temperature steam is compressed by a compressor, the temperature and pressure are increased, the enthalpy is increased, and then it enters the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the material, fully utilizing the latent heat of the steam and achieving energy-saving effect. There is no need to replenish steam during the entire evaporation process.


The temperature of the product remains around 60 ℃ throughout the entire process of the effect flow, and the temperature difference between the heating steam and the product is also maintained at around 5-8 ℃. The smaller the temperature difference between the product and the heating medium, the more beneficial it is to protect product quality and effectively prevent tube sticking.
When the concentration of the product is around 50%, only the MVR evaporator can complete it. When the required concentration is 60%, a flash evaporation device needs to be installed.

1. Not easy to block: The material liquid forms a disturbance flow on the heat exchange surface, which can wash the heat exchange surface, causing the scaling bodies adhered to the heat exchange surface to fall off and delaying the scaling cycle;
2. The surface is very smooth: using mature processing technology, the surface roughness of the heat exchange surface is controlled at a very low value, making it difficult for pollutants to adhere. The scaling rate of this type of heat exchanger is only 1/5 of that of a tubular heat exchanger;
4. Easy to clean and repair: Adopting a plate structure, the heat exchange surface can be easily disassembled, and any contaminated or damaged heat exchange surface can be easily replaced.
