1、 Product Overview
The HLK series products are a new type of modular and intelligent operation measurement display device designed and developed based on the current development of medium voltage system switchgear technology.
This series of products integrates main circuit simulation indication, live indication and locking, power verification function, real-time temperature and humidity digital display, automatic heating and dehumidification control, automatic exhaust and cooling control, circuit breaker opening and closing status indication, energy storage, grounding switch indication, handcart position indication, intelligent error prevention voice prompt, human body induction alarm voice warning, manual and automatic energy storage selection, remote local switching, opening and closing operation, and RS 485 communication interface. It can be optionally selected according to needs. This product is equipped with an integrated layout on the switchgear, which simplifies the panel structure design of the switchgear, beautifies the panel layout of the switchgear, and improves the indication function and safety performance of the switch status.
This series can be used for 3-40KV indoor switchgear, suitable for various switchgear such as central cabinets, handcart cabinets, fixed cabinets, and ring main units. Compliant with IEC255-22 standard.
2、 Main technical characteristics
1. Operating environment
a) Temperature: The upper limit of ambient air temperature is+65 ℃, and the average value within 24 hours does not exceed+35 ℃; The lower limit of ambient air temperature is -40 ℃.
b) Humidity: The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% RH when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃. Higher relative humidity can be achieved at lower temperatures, such as 95% RH at 20 ℃. Special measures have been taken to prevent occasional condensation on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.
c) Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

Installation instructions: This product is an embedded structure. Simply make a hole on the switch cabinet panel with a size of 220mm × 165mm, and then fix it on the panel with the three matching mounting brackets.
3 Wiring instructions
A) The above device wiring diagram is applicable to the HLK-300 series product wiring diagram The specific wiring diagram may undergo minor changes depending on the different ordering requirements of the user.
B) The wiring method for the "temperature and humidity sensor shielding wire" is to connect one end to the "temperature and humidity sensor A or B" end and the other end to the attachment "temperature and humidity sensor".
C) After connecting the wires according to the terminal diagram and verifying them correctly, turn on the power supply.
D) Check whether other functions meet the requirements. For specific operations, please refer to the "Working Principle and Instructions for Use".

5、 Working principle and usage instructions

2. Simulation indication section:
a) Circuit breaker status indication:
When the common terminal contact is connected to the circuit breaker closing contact, the circuit breaker is closed and the opening circuit is intact, the red analog strip of the middle V-shaped light is on; When the common terminal contact is connected to the circuit breaker tap, the circuit breaker opens and the closing circuit is intact, the green analog strip of the middle V-shaped light lights up; Circuit breaker position indication:
When the common terminal contact is connected to the working position contact, the two cross shaped red vertical analog bars light up;
When the common terminal contact is connected to the test position contact, the two cross shaped green horizontal simulation bars light up.
b) Grounding switch position indication: When the product is powered on, the green indicator light of the grounding knife is on.
When the common contact is connected to the grounding knife contact, the red analog strip of the V-shaped light below lights up, and the grounding switch is closed;
When the common contact is disconnected from the grounding knife contact, the green analog strip of the V-shaped light below lights up, and the grounding switch opens.
c) Energy storage indicator:
When the common terminal contact is connected to the energy storage contact, the red square analog light lights up, indicating that the circuit breaker has stored energy;
When the common terminal contact is disconnected from the energy storage contact, the green square analog light lights up, indicating that the circuit breaker is not storing energy.
Attention1When the common terminal is connected to the working position contact, it cannot be connected to the grounding knife contact again;
When the common terminal is connected to the circuit breaker contact, it cannot be connected to the grounding knife contact again.

3. Display information and instructions:
3.1 The HLK-320 display interface is shown in the figure on the right:
3.1.1The temperature and humidity sensors are not properly connected, or the corresponding digital display is damaged.
3.1.2The malfunction indicator light is on, indicating that the heater is not properly connected or has been damaged. If the humidity meets the requirements and the heater for heating is faulty, the "fault" indicator light will turn on and the "heating I" indicator light will flash (once per second); If the heater of Heating II is broken, the "Fault" indicator light will turn on and the "Heating II" indicator will be displayed

3.1.3For temperature rise type: If the temperature meets the requirements and the heater fails during heating, the "fault" indicator light will turn on, and the corresponding "heating" indicator light of the faulty heater will flash (once every 2 seconds); If both temperature and humidity meet the heating conditions and the heater fails, the "fault" indicator light will turn on, and the corresponding "heating" indicator light of the faulty heater will flash (once every half second).
3.1.4When the buttons "Lighting" and "Manual" are pressed and effective, the indicator light next to them lights up, indicating that the function is turned on. Otherwise, it indicates that the function is turned off.

3.2.1The humidity sensor is not properly connected, or the corresponding heating indicator light flashes (once per second) due to sensor damage. Humidity A corresponds to heating I, and humidity B corresponds to heating II.
