Overview
Due to the centrifugal force, the TB medium pressure through pump blower is used for strong dust collection of powder particles. The wind vane drives the gas to move forward and outward, forming a series of spiral movements. The air between the impeller blades accelerates and rotates in a spiral shape, squeezing the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (sucked in through the suction port). When it enters the side channel, it then returns to accelerate and rotate again between the impeller blades. When air passes through the impeller and side groove along a spiral trajectory, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration. As the rotation progresses, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, further increasing the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel.

1) When setting up the fan, it should avoid environments with high dust, corrosive gases, high humidity, direct sunlight, and wind and rain. The ground around the fan should be kept clean. The fan is equipped with an electric motor that has high requirements for the surrounding environment. Often, its performance may be reduced due to the aforementioned reasons, so special attention should be paid.
2) When the fan is installed indoors The structure of the house should be spacious and have doors that are wide and high enough to facilitate the movement and transportation of fans.
3) There must be sufficient space around the fan for operation Personnel can walk freely and meet the needs of daily maintenance and upkeep.
4) The installation location of large fans Consider leaving space for the placement of components such as the casing, rotor, intake box, and regulating door, as well as for assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and other operations. The fan adopts belt drive, and the space for motor alignment and pulley replacement also needs to be considered.
5) When determining the layout of the fan Not only should the installation space of the fan itself be considered, but also the layout space for inlet and outlet pipelines, valves, wiring of the prime mover, oil supply devices, cooling devices, and connecting pipelines for oil and water should be reserved
6) When setting up multiple wind turbines at the same location The mutual spacing and layout between fans should be fully considered to avoid mutual influence during fan operation
