The rolling friction between the screw shaft and nut of the TBI ball screw is achieved through ball rolling, reducing the driving torque to less than 1/3 compared to previous sliding screws. A spline shaft is named after its appearance and has longitudinal key slots on the outer surface of the shaft. The rotating parts fitted on the shaft also have corresponding key slots, which can maintain synchronous rotation with the shaft.

TBI precision screw consists of a screw, nut, steel ball, pre press plate, reverser, and dust collector. Its function is to convert rotational motion into linear motion, which is a further extension and development of the Ekm screw. The significance of this development is to transform bearings from rolling motion to sliding motion. Introduction to TBI spline shaft
1. Function: TBI spline shaft is a type of mechanical transmission that transmits mechanical torque, just like flat keys, half circle keys, and oblique keys
2. Structure: There are longitudinal key slots on the outer surface of the TBI ball spline shaft, and the rotating parts fitted on the shaft also have corresponding key slots, which can maintain synchronous rotation with the shaft. While rotating, some can also slide longitudinally on the shaft, such as gearbox shift gears.
3. Application example: TBI ball spline in brakes and steering mechanisms. Another type is a telescopic shaft composed of inner and outer tubes, with the outer tube having inner teeth and the inner tube having outer teeth, which are fitted together. When in use, it can expand and contract in the length direction while transmitting rotational torque.

TBI Precision Screw Spline RBLY is a special bearing sleeve installed on the outer diameter of the screw cap to make it operate. By rotating or stopping the nut, it can move in two modes (rotation and spiral) with only one shaft. The rotary ball spline is equipped with a special bearing sleeve on the outer diameter of the spline outer cylinder to make it operate. By rotating or stopping the outer cylinder, it can perform two modes of motion (rotation and linear) with only one shaft. The rotary ball bar spline can operate by rotating or stopping with a nut/outer shaft, and can perform three modes of motion (rotation, spiral, and linear) with only one shaft. It is suitable for horizontal multi section robotic arms (SCARA) industrial robots, automatic loaders, laser processing machine feeding devices, ATC devices in machining centers, etc. It is most suitable for use on combination devices of rotary and linear motion.
