Linear guide rails have the guiding skills of fine workpiece tables. The primary effect of linear guide rails is to support and guide moving parts to move along a certain track, which is the foundation for the workpiece table to complete linear orbital motion. Due to its well balanced arrangement of 4 lines, sufficient preloading can be applied, which can easily increase rigidity. In addition, the strength of assembly bolts and LM sliders has also been strengthened through design, which has been widely used in heavy-duty cutting machines.

Poor durability: Even with preloading or partial load, there will be no differential sliding of the ball, thus maintaining smooth rolling motion. Therefore, it has excellent wear resistance and can maintain high precision over time. When the working parts of the machine tool move, the steel balls circulate in the groove of the support, distributing the wear of the support to each steel ball, thereby extending the service life of the linear guide rail. In order to eliminate the gap between the bracket and the guide rail, preloading can improve the stability of the guide rail system and achieve preloading. Install oversized steel balls between the guide rail and the bracket. The diameter tolerance of the steel ball is ± 20 microns, with increments of 0.5 microns. The steel balls are sorted and installed on the guide rail separately. The size of the preload depends on the force acting on the steel ball. If the force acting on the steel ball is too large, the steel ball will withstand the preload for too long, resulting in an increase in the resistance of the bracket movement. There is a balancing issue here; In order to improve the sensitivity of the system and reduce motion resistance, it is necessary to reduce the preload accordingly. However, in order to improve motion accuracy and precision persistence, sufficient preload negative numbers are required, which are contradictory aspects.
Automatic adjustment capability: The effect of the automatic adjustment capability generated by the front combination of circular arc grooves (DF combination) can absorb device errors even when preloaded, thus achieving high-precision, smooth, and stable linear motion.
