Installation of TBI-BK series screw support seat
(1) Install the fixed side onto the screw.
(2) Insert the fixed side, tighten the locking nut, and secure it with a cushion block and an internal hexagonal fixing bolt.
(3) The supporting side bearing is fixed to the screw shaft with a stop ring and installed into the supporting side support seat.
Note 1: Do not disassemble the support unit.
Note 2: When inserting the screw shaft into the support unit, be careful not to flip the flange ball of the oil seal gasket.
Note 3: When tightening the cushion block with the hexagonal fixing bolt, to prevent looseness, please apply adhesive to the hexagonal fixing bolt before tightening.

1. The ball screw is slightly fixed to the table of the positioning slide.
2. Combine the fixed end with the screw tail end bearing.
3. Confirm the parallelism between the guide surface of the slide table and the ball screw, and lock and fix the fixed end with the support section.
4. Push the slide table to both ends of the stroke to ensure the smoothness of the ball screw, and then lock and fix the screw to the slide table.
