TD1000 clamp meter calibration device ? TD1000 is a standard device specifically designed for calibrating AC clamp ammeters and related measurement functions, with two specifications to choose from: 0.05 level/0.1 level. The device adopts the single turn method to calibrate the AC clamp meter, which has the characteristics of high accuracy and easy traceability. ? It has functions such as AC voltage output and resistance simulation, and is suitable for calibrating multifunctional clamp meters. Functional Features
◉ AC power output: current up to 1100 A, voltage up to 825 V, F: 45 Hz~65 Hz.
◉DC resistance simulation: 10 Ω~11 M Ω, suitable for calibrating the resistance measurement function of multifunctional clamp meters.
◉ Single turn method calibration: Connect an AC current source and output a large current with a diameter of 1 m using a single turn semi-circular copper ring, suitable for calibrating mid to high level AC clamp meters.
When calibrating the clamp shaped gauge, place it in the center position of the copper ring, and reduce the diameter of the copper rod to facilitate the connection of the clamp mouth to the gauge.
◉ Convenient traceability: The copper ring is easy to open, and standard current transformers or I-V converters can be inserted into the ring for regular calibration of the device.
◉ Value adjustment method: It has multiple methods such as fixed-point output, rotary encoder, step adjustment, remote control box adjustment (optional), etc.
Output switch button: The current output channel can be turned off or on at will by pressing one key.
◉ Good human-machine function: optional non-magnetic workbench and LCD measurement and control console, adopting touch and digital button operation mode, easy to manually check the meter.
◉ Specialized software (optional): realizes full or semi automatic calibration of clamp gauges, and supports data recording, analysis, management, and certificate export.
