Overview
TD1200 Leakage Current Meter Testing System ◉ TD1200 is an intelligent instrument specifically designed for verifying leakage current meters. It is suitable for verifying both non source leakage current meters (excluding isolated power supplies) and active leakage current meters. ◉ Testing items such as leakage current error verification, test voltage error verification, input resistance detection, and input circuit time constant measurement can be completed according to the requirements of the verification regulations. This instrument is one of the research achievements of the National Science and Technology Support Program led by Tianheng Measurement and Control in the "Research on the Measurement Calibration and Traceability System of Medical Diagnosis and Treatment Equipment" (No. 2011BAI02B04) led by the Chinese Institute of Metrology. Its technical performance is at a leading level among similar products and can be widely applied in various fields such as electricity, metrology, military industry, manufacturing, and scientific research. Main applications
◉ Calibrate the leakage current meter without a source: Use the standard source method to directly output precise AC and DC currents for calibration.
◉ Calibration of active leakage current meter: Use an intelligently controllable AC/DC current receiving source to achieve overall calibration.
Calibration of universal leakage current meter (F: 15 Hz~30 kHz); Calibrate medical leakage current meter (F: 15 Hz~1 MHz).
Functional Features
The current receiving source greatly improves measurement accuracy by tracking and controlling changes in electrical voltage.
◉ Built in AC voltmeter, can complete the calibration of test voltage error and distortion according to regulations.
Equipped with a built-in DC resistance meter, it can measure the DC transmission resistance according to regulations.
Equipped with a built-in digital frequency meter, it can measure the time constant of the input circuit according to regulations.
Compared with traditional detection methods, it has the characteristics of high integration, simple connection, and convenient operation.
◉ With good electrical protection, it can avoid instrument damage caused by high resistance box zeroing.
