Overview
TD1230 Voltage Endurance Tester Calibration Device ◉ TD1230 is an instrument specifically designed for calibrating voltage endurance testers, with two specifications to choose from: 0.2 level/0.5 level. Verification of AC/DC withstand voltage tester with a maximum voltage of 15 kV, a withstand current of 200 mA, a withstand capacity of 500 VA (with TD1240), and a rating of 2 or below. ◉ It is also suitable for verifying the withstand voltage part of safety comprehensive testers or insulation withstand voltage testers, or equipment such as AC/DC high-voltage meters. ◉ It can complete detection items such as output voltage, output current, duration of output voltage, AC distortion, DC ripple, and actual output capacity (with TD1240 required). Reference standard: JJG 795-2016 "Verification Regulations for Voltage Endurance Testers".

Functional Features
◉ Verification of alarm current: The instrument is equipped with a high-voltage load with 8 fixed resistance values (adjustable resistance box can also be connected externally), which is used to verify the breakdown alarm current.
◉The maximum output voltage of the current measurement terminal can reach 1100 V (0.1 UH), which is superior to similar products. This voltage can be connected to the voltage measurement terminal simultaneously to monitor the voltage output.
◉ Verification of output capacity: The TD1240 withstand voltage tester with a load power of up to 500 VA can be used for verification with a load box.
Distortion/Ripple Factor Measurement: When measuring voltage or current, the AC distortion, DC ripple factor, and waveform of the measured power can be directly displayed.
◉ Duration measurement of output voltage: Use ⼾ to set the starting or ending value of the voltage, making it easy to accurately measure the duration of high voltage within the range of 0-1000 seconds.
◉ The human-machine interface has good functions: equipped with a large LCD color screen, the measurement value is displayed intuitively, and it adopts a full touch operation method, making it extremely convenient to use.
◉ Safety of the instrument: Equipped with dedicated high-voltage measuring wires, clear wiring connections are provided at the interface for different detection items to prevent accidental operation.
