TD3610 Three phase Energy Standard Meter Calibration Device ◉ TD3610 is a high-level comprehensive device for three-phase energy measurement, mainly composed of a three-phase standard power source, a high-level three-phase standard energy meter, a calibration table, a measurement and control table, a computer, and specialized software. This device is built on the basis of a three-phase standard power source and forms a 0.005/0.01/0.02 level standard energy meter calibration device with the TD33 series standard meter (holding other brands of standard meters).

Product Introduction


Suitable for establishing high-level three-phase energy measurement standards in fields such as metrology, power, military industry, manufacturing, and scientific research, and conducting calibration of three-phase standard energy meters or standard power sources with a rating of 0.02 or below.
The accuracy of the three-phase power source itself reaches 0.02 level. When detached from the standard meter (sent for inspection), three-phase standard energy meters of 0.05 level and below can also be verified.
Reference standards: GB/T 17215.701-2011 "Standard Electric Energy Meter", JJG 1085-2013 "Verification Regulations for Standard Electric Energy Meters", etc.



Functional Features

Maximum output/measurement: Voltage up to 576 V (customized for a wider range of voltages), current up to 120 A, ensuring stable output under full load conditions.
Minimum output/measurement: The minimum limit is 1 mA, which is the basis for conducting starting tests on the tested standard energy meter and is also suitable for assessing the accuracy and stability of the power source at the minimum current.
Harmonic output/measurement: Consists of 2-63rd harmonic, suitable for conducting harmonic impact tests on the tested meter or analyzing harmonic distortion of the tested source.
Other testing functions: oscilloscope, phasor graph display, power stability testing, trend change curve, data statistical analysis, etc.
◉ Mobile measurement and control platform: It can observe or control the output of measurement values through its LCD touch screen, and can be used manually to check the meter or source.
◉ Specialized verification software: Full automatic or full automatic calibration of the verified table, data recording, analysis, management, and certificate export.
Single meter calibration table body: The single meter calibration table is equipped with two sets of independent output and measurement terminals, which can be switched through software to achieve "source calibration table" or "meter calibration source".
◉ Multi meter calibration table (optional): Three meter positions can be selected, and the table is equipped with interfaces for power output, light/electric pulse, communication, etc. It can calibrate three standard energy meters at the same time.
◉ Specialized verification software: The table library has strong functions and supports communication with the vast majority of verified standard tables/sources, enabling full or semi automatic verification.
◉ It has complete data management functions, including printing and sealing of certificates, retrieval of historical certificates, storage of historical data, and analysis of holding year errors.
The software also supports error correction configuration, device stability testing, uncertainty analysis, etc. for high-level three-phase standard meters, regularly verifies device accuracy, and records error comparison curves.
