TD3700 Electric Energy Meter Working Frequency Magnetic Field Test Device ◉ TD3700 is a device specifically designed to detect the influence of working frequency AC magnetic field on the measurement error of single/three-phase electric energy meters. ◉ It consists of an AC excitation current source, a circular coil, a verified meter platform, a motor control system, a three-phase energy meter calibration device, a measurement and control console, a computer, and software. Excitation of the circular coil by an excitation current source generates a programmable AC magnetic field with a working frequency of 0-1050 A/m. Combined with an energy meter calibration device, the working frequency magnetic field influence test is completed. The device complies with the technical specifications of the new national standard GB/T 17215.211 and the OIML R46 directive regarding the magnetic field influence test of electric energy meters.

Functional Features
The circular coil and the tested meter platform are controlled by a precision stepper motor, which can rotate from 0 to 360 ° to apply a magnetic field to each position of the tested electric energy meter.
Simultaneously, the phase of the AC magnetic field and the operating voltage of the tested electric energy meter can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0 to 360 °.
◉ Equipped with a movable measurement and control platform, the output of measurement values can be observed or controlled through its LCD touch screen, and a manual inspection gauge can be used for convenience.
◉ Specialized software: controls the rotation of the circular coil and the platform of the tested meter, adjusts the magnetic field size, and detects the impact of the magnetic field on the error of the electric energy meter.
The software also has complete functions such as data management, retrieval, automatic backup, certificate export, and printing.
