TH0480 is an intelligent instrument specifically designed for comprehensive performance evaluation of current transformers.
The instrument is equipped with an AC standard current source (up to 110 A) and has the ability to measure both AC current (up to 110 mA) and AC voltage (up to 110 V).
It can accurately detect the electrical characteristics such as the ratio (k) and phase shift (delta) of I/I and I/V current transformers.
◉ The AC/DC magnetic characteristics of the transformer core can be measured. Before testing, the transformer can be automatically demagnetized and the anti magnetism of the current transformer can be evaluated.
The high degree of instrument integration enables fast and accurate automatic detection of the electromagnetic characteristics of current transformers.
Compared with traditional methods that use standard transformers, adjustable standard resistors, and capacitors, it has the characteristics of simple wiring, high detection efficiency, and easy traceability.

Functional Features


The accuracy of AC current output and AC current/voltage measurement is 0.005 level, with a frequency of 45 Hz to 1 kHz.
Under the conditions of 50 Hz/60 Hz, the contrast accuracy reaches ± 0.01%, and the phase shift accuracy reaches ± 0.001 °.
◉⽀ Multi frequency point measurement of phase difference/phase shift, with software to draw frequency characteristic curves k (F), δ (F), and current characteristic curves k (I), δ (I).
For finished transformers, their AC/DC magnetic characteristics can be directly measured; We also conduct direct winding measurements on semi-finished iron cores.
Measurement of main magnetic characteristic parameters: μ i, μ m, Hc, Br, Bs, μ a, Bm, Hm, δ, with excellent accuracy and repeatability.
◉ In conjunction with specialized software, it is also possible to draw characteristic curves such as magnetic permeability versus current and frequency μ (I), μ (F), as well as other AC/DC magnetic characteristic curves.
Equipped with automatic demagnetization function, compared with general demagnetization machines, it enables the transformer core to achieve magnetic neutrality more effectively.
Strong current output load capability, capable of working for a long time under full load conditions, and ensuring accurate and stable measurement values.
The output channel and measurement circuit have good electrical isolation and protection functions, and have good noise resistance performance.
