TK1710 Broadband High Current Sensor Calibration Device ◉ TK1710 is a device used to calibrate the ratio and phase shift of broadband high current sensors. It mainly consists of a broadband high current standard source, a sensor secondary voltage/current measurement module, an auxiliary power supply, a calibration workstation, a measurement and control console, a computer, and automatic measurement software. The optimal measurement uncertainty of the broadband current standard source can reach 0.005 level, and the optimal measurement uncertainty of the sensor's secondary signal can also reach 0.005 level. ◉ Suitable for calibrating zero output error, proportional error, phase shift, linearity error, power consumption, temperature drift (with temperature test chamber) and other items of broadband current sensors. ◉ Can be widely applied in various fields such as metrology, power, rail transit, military industry, instrument manufacturing, scientific research, etc. to establish standards for detecting DC current sensors.

Functional Features

The current source is equipped with a broadband current comparator for current measurement and control, ensuring high stability and accuracy of the current.
◉ The computer controls the current source through software and programs to accurately output a wide range of wideband high current from 10 A to 2.2 kA.
Harmonic output function: The amplitude and phase of 2-64 harmonics (harmonic frequency not exceeding 5 times the highest frequency of the fundamental wave) can be adjusted, and single or multiple harmonics can be applied simultaneously.
Measurement and analysis function: statistical analysis of maximum, minimum, average, standard deviation, etc., measuring and analyzing up to 64 harmonics and displaying them in tables or rectangular bars.
◉ Sensor connection: Use a short wire to directly connect the sensor in series with the current output terminal for calibration.
The optional TK0700 test fixture, TH0400 precision coaxial splitter, and TH3200 dual channel analyzer can be used to build a testing system for higher measurement accuracy.
Synchronization signal output: TTL level pulse synchronization signal with a frequency of 64 times the current frequency can be output through the BNC port.
Frequency reference output: It can output TTL level signals with the same frequency as the current, providing REF lock for lock-in amplifiers.
◉ High system reliability: There is good electrical isolation between the current standard source, secondary signal measurement of sensors, and auxiliary power supply.
◉ Mobile measurement and control platform: It can observe or control the output of measurement values through its LCD touch screen, and can be manually checked.
◉ Specialized verification software: Full automatic or full automatic calibration of the verified table, data recording, analysis, management, and certificate export.
