Conductor: Made of high-purity oxygen free copper (OFC), it is mostly a multi strand thin copper wire twisted structure (such as Class 5 or Class 6 soft copper conductors) to ensure the flexibility and conductivity of the cable. Insulation: High performance insulation materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) are usually used. Stable signal transmission: For multi-core cables with control signal or encoder functions, good shielding design (such as aluminum foil+braided shielding) can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference and ensure accurate transmission of control signals.
