At present, our countryTemperature and pressure reducing device, temperature and pressure reducing valve, temperature and pressure reducing deviceThere are various structural forms, but regardless of their form, they are generally composed of a temperature reduction system, a pressure reduction system (or a temperature and pressure reduction integrated system), a main steam pipe body, a safety protection system, a thermal control system, etc. The specific form and structure are shown in the following figure. The structural components of the temperature and pressure reduction device consist of a pressure reducing valve, throttle orifice plate, steam mixing pipeline (with nozzle), safety valve, feedwater regulating valve, throttle valve, globe valve, check valve, temperature reducing water pipe, flange, standard parts, etc
1. Cooling system: By using a high-pressure differential regulating valve (or variable frequency water pump, etc.), cooling water is sprayed into the steam of the Venturi tube or steam pipeline in a mist form from different forms of nozzles, reducing the steam temperature.
2. Pressure reducing system: composed of a pressure reducing valve and a throttle orifice plate, the pressure reducing valve adjusts the pressure by changing the flow area.
3Temperature and pressure reducing device, temperature and pressure reducing valve, temperature and pressure reducing deviceSystem: Integrating the temperature reduction system and pressure reduction system into one reduces the external dimensions of the device while increasing its technical complexity. (See the same colored part in Figure 2)
4. Main steam pipe body: composed of mixing pipes and steam pipes, etc. Based on the parameters provided by the user, it is the main equipment of the temperature and pressure reduction device, with the purpose of delivering the steam after temperature and pressure reduction to the pipeline required by the user.
5Safety system: To prevent the secondary steam pressure from exceeding the specified value, the safety valve automatically opens to discharge excess steam, achieving pressure reduction and safety protection. Due to different parameters, there are several structural forms selected by our factory during design:
① Equipped with spring safety valve
② Equipping impulse and main safety valve (one or more sets)
③ Equipped with lever safety valve
6Thermal control system: It is an important equipment for regulating steam outlet parameters. By receiving outlet temperature and pressure signals, processing the information, and commanding the execution mechanism to stabilize the outlet parameters (temperature, pressure) within the user's required range, automatic adjustment is achieved. This control system can also be manually adjusted.
2Key Features:
The pressure reducing system adopts a dual seat pressure reducing valve structure, with small unbalanced force, large adjustment range, smooth operation, and no jamming phenomenon.
The cooling system adopts the method of Wen Qiu Li Li and flute tube nozzle, without transmission components. The atomization effect of the cooling water is good, and the nozzle is easy to disassemble and repair.
The pressure reduction system and temperature reduction system are separated and mainly used for harsh working conditions, such as low steam flow that is not suitable for using a temperature reduction valve, and for saturated steam working conditions (low pressure mainly considering low steam flow rate). The Venturi tube temperature reduction method is used to fully atomize the temperature reduction water to achieve better temperature reduction effect
(3) Product classification and main technical indicators
A、 Temperature and pressure reduction devices can be divided into:
1. Medium temperature and medium pressure temperature and pressure reduction device:
One steam parameter (imported steam parameter): pressure P1=3.9MPa; Temperature t1=450 ℃ pressure;
Secondary steam parameters (outlet steam parameters): pressure P2 is determined by user requirements; Temperature t2=saturation temperature;
Flow rate: Q=2-360t/h (ton/hour)
2 high voltages:
One steam parameter (imported steam parameter): pressure P1=5,4MPa; Temperature t1=485 ℃ pressure;
Secondary steam parameters (outlet steam parameters): pressure P2 is determined by user requirements; Temperature t2=saturation temperature;
Flow rate: Q=20-200t/h (ton/hour)
3 High temperature:
One steam parameter (imported steam parameter): pressure P1=10MPa; Temperature t1=540 ℃ pressure;
Secondary steam parameters (outlet steam parameters): pressure P2 is determined by user requirements; Temperature t2=saturation temperature;
Flow rate: Q=30-240t/h (ton/hour)
B、 Main technical indicators
1. Outlet flow rate of temperature and pressure reduction device
The range of steam flow variation at the outlet of the temperature and pressure reduction device is 30% Q~100% Q. For special needs, the supply and demand parties can negotiate.
Rated outlet steam pressure P2 of 2 temperature and pressure reduction devices
The deviation range of the rated outlet steam pressure of the temperature and pressure reduction device is:
① When the rated outlet steam pressure is less than 0.98MPa, it is P2 ± 0.04MPa
② When the rated outlet steam pressure is not greater than 3.82MPa, it is P2 ± 0.06MPa
③ When the rated outlet steam pressure is greater than 3.82 MPa, it is P2 ± 0.15 MPa
Rated outlet steam temperature t2
The rated outlet steam temperature must be above the saturation temperature (including saturation temperature)
The minimum deviation range of the rated outlet steam temperature is t2 ± 5 ℃
4. Temperature and pressure reduction device issues, noise
When the temperature and pressure reducing device is operating normally, the overall noise level is not greater than 85dB (A) when measured 1m downstream of the centerline of the outlet of the temperature and pressure reducing valve (pressure reducing valve) on the same horizontal plane. If users have special requirements, they can be resolved through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
