Working principle
Hebei Jiuyun Electric Temperature Control ValveIt is a typical application in temperature control fields such as HVAC. The controller has PI and PID regulation functions, accurate control, multi loop control, diverse functions, and can achieve control of fluid flow rate, pressure, pressure difference, temperature, humidity, enthalpy value, and air quality. The actuator has electric mechanical and electric hydraulic types, with manual and automatic adjustment functions, sensitive adjustment, large shut-off force, and adjustable flow characteristics (linear percentage). Electric hydraulic actuator with power-off automatic reset protection function, can receive 0-10V or 4-20mA signals and has valve position feedback function. Basic principles
The temperature control inside the user's room is achieved through a radiator thermostatic control valve. The radiator constant temperature control valve is composed of a constant temperature controller, a flow regulating valve, and a pair of connecting components. The core component of the constant temperature controller is the sensor unit, namely the temperature bulb. The temperature sensor can sense changes in the surrounding environment temperature and generate volume changes, driving the displacement of the regulating valve core and adjusting the water flow of the radiator to change the heat dissipation of the radiator.
The temperature setting of the thermostatic valve can be manually adjusted, and the thermostatic valve will automatically control and adjust the amount of water in the radiator according to the set requirements, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the indoor temperature. Temperature control valves are usually installed in front of radiators to automatically adjust the flow rate and achieve the desired room temperature for residents. There are two types of temperature control valves: two-way temperature control valves and three-way temperature control valves.
The three-way temperature control valve is mainly used in single tube systems with crossover pipes. Its diversion coefficient can vary within the range of 0 to, and there is a lot of room for flow regulation. However, it is relatively expensive and has a complex structure. Two way temperature control valves are used in both double pipe systems and single pipe systems. The resistance of the two-way temperature control valve used for dual tube systems is relatively high; The resistance for single tube systems is relatively low. The temperature sensing bulb of the temperature control valve is generally assembled as a whole with the valve body, and the temperature sensing bulb itself is the indoor temperature sensor on site. If necessary, remote temperature sensors can be used; The remote temperature sensor is placed in the room where temperature control is required, and the valve body is placed in a certain part of the heating system.
