1. Normal operation: Plug in the power plug, the machine enters standby mode, lightly touch the "power" switch once, the "power" indicator light will turn on, the digital tube will display the pre-set temperature value for one second, and then automatically enter the "running" state. The "running" indicator light will turn on, and the instrument will display the actual temperature of the furnace body and start heating up to the set value.
2. Set preset parameters: When the power light is on, press the "Set" switch once. The "Set" light will turn on and display the set value in three digits. Press the "Increase" or "Decrease" switch until the desired set temperature value is reached; Press and hold the "increase" and "decrease" switches for one second to quickly increase or decrease the value. After reaching the desired temperature value, press the "Run" switch again to confirm that the change is effective. Set the temperature value and store it in the machine. At the same time, enter the "Run" state, the "Run" light will turn on, and the three digit digital display will show the furnace temperature.
3. If you want to stop working, press the "power" switch again, the power indicator light will turn off, and the instrument will stop working. And the power plug must be unplugged.

1. The reflux height of sulfuric acid should be controlled below two-thirds of the pipe height.
2. When cooking biological samples such as plants and seeds, it is necessary to add digestive agents and leave them for 4 to 6 hours or overnight before cooking; When this is not possible, the furnace temperature should be controlled below 100 ℃ during the digestion process. After half an hour of digestion, the temperature should be raised to high temperature to prevent excessive boiling or splashing during the digestion process.
3. At the end of the work, the power plug should be unplugged, and the ground wire of the power plug should be well grounded to ensure electrical safety.
4. When the machine is in the set state, temperature control calculation is not performed. Therefore, keeping the machine in the set state for a long time will not achieve the control target; It is recommended that users immediately enter the "running" state after viewing or changing the set values.
